I’m Sinem, a London-based yoga teacher and teacher-trainer who’s been guiding students since 2009. I hold the E-RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance USA—the highest designation they offer—reflecting thousands of hours spent on the mat and in training. Since 2014, I’ve had the joy of training hundreds of yoga teachers, both in foundational education and continuing education programs.
Yoga and mindfulness are more than movement to me. They’re a way of being. Inspired by my root teacher Cyndi Lee, I weave yoga with Buddhist mindfulness into my classes, creating practices that are alignment-focused, inclusive, and infused with a sense of ease and presence.
I’ve also had the honour of being featured in Linda Sparrowe’s Yoga At Home – Inspiration for creating your own home practice, which warmed my heart to be in the company of such incredible teachers.
Together, we’ll explore breath, movement, body, and mind with kindness and compassion. No pressure, just presence. You'll receive clear, thoughtful guidance to help you understand and honour your unique body, enabling you to move safely and enjoyably.
