These corporate yoga classes are playful, accessible, and designed to help you feel good in your body. I weave together movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and deep relaxation, with plenty of stretches to release tension in the shoulders, spine, and hips.
Each class is beginner-friendly yet welcoming for seasoned yogis too. I focus on undoing the effects of sitting—strengthening what’s weak, opening what’s tight, and helping you move with more ease and balance.
Mat yoga involves a combination of standing, seated, kneeling and reclined exercises. We suggest wearing loose or stretchy clothes that allow for ease of movement. These classes tend to run longer than desk-based ones, to allow enough time to warm up and for that blissful Savasana at the end.
Desk-based corporate yoga classes require no equipment and can even be practised in regular clothes, allowing them to blend seamlessly into the workday. All you need is somewhere to sit and a bit of room to stand. Modifications are offered accommodate everyone.

We begin with a brief discussion on what stress is and how the mind and body respond to it. You’ll be guided through several effective practices designed to activate the relaxation response.
